What to know before you come, in a few lines.
Working on your voice is intimate. At CALYP, lessons with Adeline Toniutti happen in an atmosphere of trust and kindness, in both directions: nobody is judged, nobody is pushed further than they wish to go, and in return we ask for respect for Adeline, for the team and for the other students.

A one-hour session can be moved or cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before. After that, it remains due.
Cancellation
Moving or cancelling a lesson
For a one-hour session, you can move or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before. For lessons longer than one hour, simply ask us for the conditions directly.
After that, the lesson remains due, because that time was reserved for you. If we have to cancel, we move or refund the session, as you prefer.
Payment
Paying for lessons
Lessons are paid before the session. The exact date is given when we confirm, and a transfer counts once it has arrived.
Kindness
During the lesson
Adeline gives each person her full attention. If something feels wrong during a session, we stop or change course, simply. Before we start, tell us what matters for the work: a discomfort, an injury, a contraindication. This is not a medical file; it is what lets Adeline adapt the session.
