Rémy Charlet is an accompanying pianist, a versatile musician whose career sits at the crossroads of stage, studio and screen. Holder of the French Diplôme d'État in contemporary music, he furthered his training with a Film Scoring degree from the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston.
His career as an accompanist has taken him to the most demanding stages in French music and entertainment. He has accompanied numerous leading artists and projects: Stéphane, Les Frangines, Christelle Chollet, Kids United, and the TV show Danse avec les stars (the French Dancing with the Stars).
More recently, Rémy accompanied Slimane for a concert in Lebanon, then Lara Fabian for private concerts and TV/radio promotional appearances. His playing combines technical rigour, artistic sensitivity and the ability to adapt to every musical register.
His dual expertise — as an accomplished stage musician and a composer trained in scoring for film — makes him an invaluable collaborator at CALYP, where he accompanies Adeline Toniutti's masterclasses and vocal coaching sessions with remarkable attentiveness and adaptability.
Rémy is a pianist of great finesse, able to adapt to each artist with remarkable attentiveness. His background spanning stage and cinema gives him a unique sensitivity that will perfectly accompany masterclass participants.
