Paolo began his studies in his native city of La Spezia, Italy. After obtaining his diploma, he continued perfecting his craft with renowned international bass Giacomo Prestia.

He has performed in symphonic repertoire, including significant experiences such as W.A. Mozart's Requiem at the Auditorium del Serafico in Rome; soloist in L.v. Beethoven's Fantasy for piano, soloists, choir and orchestra in C minor, op. 80 at the Bayreuth Conservatory auditorium and in Lucca.

He has embodied roles including Masetto, Leporello, and Il Commendatore in Don Giovanni (Lucca); Simone in Gianni Schicchi for the Puccini Festival; Il Conte di Ceprano in Rigoletto; Norton in La Cambiale di Matrimonio (La Spezia); Fiorello in Il Barbiere di Siviglia; and the priest in Nabucco (Varese Ligure).

In addition to solo work, he has performed as a chorus artist, notably at the Puccini Festival at Torre del Lago, Teatro G. Verdi in Trieste, and Teatro Carlo Felice in Genoa. In 2012, his passion for France led him to Paris, where he began intense collaboration with the Paris National Opera, permanently joining the chorus in November 2018. Since 2016, he has been part of the VIBES ensemble, exploring heterogeneous a cappella repertoire.

Concerned with technical proficiency in singing, he selected Adeline Toniutti as his coach. His teaching emphasizes vocal health, breath management, and projection characteristic of the Italian Bel Canto school.

"Her capacity to detect subtle vocal differences, coupled with teaching passion and kindness, maintains high exigency standards. Precise guidance and musical sensitivity allow me to flourish."

Teaching location: Paris.
